Privacy policy

This site is a personal portfolio. It collects as little data as possible: only what you choose to send through the contact form.

Data collected and purpose

When you use the contact form, your name, email address, company name if you provide it, subject and message are collected. This information is only used to reply to you. It is never sold or used for advertising.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering the requests received (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and at most 3 years after our last exchange.

Your name, email address and message are needed to reply to you; without them, your request cannot be handled.

Recipients and processors

• Netlify, Inc. hosts the site and receives contact form messages. Netlify is based in the United States and participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• OVH SAS (Roubaix, France) hosts the contact@fdsdesign.fr mailbox, which receives messages sent from the site or by email. This data stays within the European Union.

Cookies

This site uses no analytics, advertising or social media cookies, so no consent banner is needed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to me by email at contact@fdsdesign.fr or through the contact form. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
